No Show / Cancellation Policy

When you book with me a deposit of £15 has to be paid to secure your booking. This deposit will then be deducted off your final bill.

If you have booked an appointment and no show; this will incur in a charge of full groom price before allowed to rebook appointment. If not paid this will result in all future appointments being cancelled.

Please allow 48 hours notice if need to cancel an appointment. Any less than this will incur a missed appointment charge. I do understand things happen in life that are unavoidable, please give me as much notice as possible.
