After placing a request on facebook for personal recommendations of a local dog groomer in my area, I received a deluge of responses telling me Damien was the go to man and I wouldn’t be disappointed.
Well after my first appointment yesterday with both of my elderly large breed dogs. I can confirm it was the greatest choice I could have made for both my dogs and myself.
He was kind, empathic, professional, welcoming and just an all round star from start to finish!
The communication throughout was swift and informative. His online booking system easy to use and he had availability that suited both myself and my my digs needs within a couple of days of first contact.
Damiens home was easy to park outside of and he came to my vehicle both times with my dogs to help me get them in and out of the car, due to my own physical issues and my dogs mobility problems. He was gentle with them and really helped my own anxiety.
On collection of both dogs his attention to detail was second to none! My Northern Inuit has such specific grooming requirements that I’ve always been worried about him being sheared by other groomers but Damien worked with his natural coat and I can say hand on heart, he has never looked so good! Even he felt good… he prance around the house all night, lapping up the compliments of how handsome he was lol.
My old girl only has a few months/weeks left on this earth and Damien was so respectful of her and attentive. She had the best, last pamper ever!
I will definitely continue to use Damien and couldn’t recommend him more for that personal, one to one service.

I booked my 7 year old Lhasa x terrier in for a full groom with Damien.
My doggo can often get really nervous with groomers and we’ve previously had to stay with groomers to help them as he becomes snappy and can get aggressive and times where groomers haven’t been able to groom him at all.
I booked with Damien this time and he did an amazing job! Ironically we didn’t realise my doggo’s first ever groom was with Damien when he worked at a different service 7 years ago. Damien now works for himself and he did an incredible job. We were able to leave my doggo on his own whilst he got groomed and apparently he wasn’t any trouble at all and he now looks amazing. As an owner who often is on edge when going to the groomers, its such a relief to hear when your dog has been behaved which i believe is truly a credit to Damiens patience and incredible service in making our furry friends feel safe.

Coco visited Damien for the first time today. We’ve always known she was a diva dog but wow wow wow, the transformation was incredible! She looks like a super diva.

As a dog mum, I was nervous taking her to a new groomer, but as soon as I met Damien, he put me at ease, asked questions about Coco and her preferred style, talked about the products being used and he delivered it all. Took our very reactive dog who hates being groomed for his teeth cleaning. Damien was fantastic with him. Our baby didn’t want to leave! So so pleased with how his first session went, and already booked in again.
Damien is so helpful, and always responds so quickly to any queries.

Absolutely lovely man!! Was amazing with my dog who can be a little nervous. I asked for certain things to be left longer and he did it perfectly. She looks and smells gorgeous!! Lovely to see my girl waiting in the window with Damien when I pulled up. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Took my puppy Alfie for his first grooming and couldn’t recommend enough! Super friendly and helpful. Gave me lots of tips and tricks as a first time dog mum. Alfie came home smelling gorgeous and so clean!
