Matting Policy

If your pet has severe matting of the coat and is unable to be brushed within 15mins time frame this will result in being clipped on a shorter blade for welfare reasons and will be discussed with you in consultation.

When clipping out matts could taken extra time and more strain on equipment this will incur an extra charge between £5 – £10 to help with additional costs.

I will advise a suitable routine to keep your pet in tip top condition and avoid any further matting in future.
