I'm Damien, owner of Damien's Pet Styling.

I started grooming back in 2012. I worked for a small business for just over 2 years, then progressed to work for a large corporate company for 5 years. where here I progressed to be a salon manager and learned a lot of knowledge and skills within the dog grooming industry.

Dedicated to my passion and adoration for animal care, I became a professional dog groomer in 2014. Ever since, I have been providing loyal and loving pet care and grooming services to the Huddersfield area and beyond.

I pride myself on my patience, kindness and competence - and my clients would agree. It's why so many of them use my services on a regular basis.

Shed It Baby Spa

Tired of fur-covered furniture and a pup that's not-so-fresh? My de-shedding shampoo is specially formulated to exfoliate and cleanse, featuring Kaolin and Titanium Clay to gently remove dead hair and impurities. Natural coconut-based surfactants provide a deep cleanse, while anti-fungal actives help eliminate yeast, dirt, and grime trapped in the pores. After placing a request on facebook for personal recommendations of a local dog groomer in my area, I received a deluge of responses telling me Damien was the go to man and I wouldn't be disappointed. Well after my first appointment yesterday with both of my elderly large breed dogs. I can confirm it was the greatest choice I could have made for both my dogs and myself. He was kind, empathic, professional, welcoming and just an all round star from start to finish!

I booked my 7 year old Lhasa x terrier in for a full groom with Damien. My doggo can often get really nervous with groomers and we've previously had to stay with groomers to help them as he becomes snappy. Damien did an incredible job. We were able to leave my doggo on his own whilst he got groomed and apparently he wasn't any trouble at all. Its such a relief to hear when your dog has been behaved which I believe is truly a credit to Damiens patience and incredible service.

Coco visited Damien for the first time today. We've always known she was a diva dog but wow wow wow, the transformation was incredible! She looks like a super diva. As a dog mum, I was nervous taking her to a new groomer, but as soon as I met Damien, he put me at ease, asked questions about Coco and her preferred style, talked about the products being used and he delivered it all. Thankyou so much for taking such good care of her!

Took our very reactive dog who hates being groomed for his teeth cleaning. Damien was fantastic with him. Our baby didn't want to leave!
